A Collective is defined as a group of entities that share or are motivated by at least one common issue or interest, working together to achieve a common objective. The Beinfield Collective is just that, a group of highly motivated individuals providing clients with an unparalleled experience whether it’s finding the right fit for buyers or assisting to market and sell homes. Working together to achieve this common objective, the Beinfield Collective is always available to provide expertise and address questions as well as introduce neighborhoods to clients new to the area.
The Beinfield Collective, founded by Liz Beinfield, her daughter Zoe Hamann, and her niece Carolyn Beinfield Nally, originated as a three-person team in 2019 and has since grown to include six team members including Liz’s daughter Jenny Friedman, Kim Warlich and Adam Bove. Considered one of Fairfield County’s most qualified and top-performing teams with over 40 years of combined industry experience, they have brokered deals ranging the full spectrum from first homes to multi-million-dollar waterfront estates.
They understand that buying and selling a home can be one of the largest investments and emotional transactions one makes in one’s lifetime. That said, it’s their goal to make the process as seamless and as easy as possible. While working with Beinfield Collective, clients benefit from their many years of design experience. The team has a passion for interiors and architecture and is able to provide design advice ranging from structural questions to full home renovation and interior design. They are able to refer a team of local contractors and service providers making the process seamless for clients in need.
While the team services broader Fairfield County, they are considered experts by colleagues and clients in the Rowayton market. Liz Beinfield has lived there for 35+ years, raising a family and knowing all of the idiosyncrasies that only a local can know. Zoe Hamann, Carolyn Beinfield Nally and Jenny Friedman were raised in Rowayton and are now raising their own families there recognizing what a special place it is. Amongst many other contributions, the addition of new team members brought extensive knowledge of other markets to the table including New Canaan, Darien and the broader Norwalk area.
The Beinfield Collective has strong ties to the town and county. Bruce Beinfield (Liz’s brother and Carolyn’s father) is one of Fairfield County’s most renowned, recognized, and talented architects. Not only has Bruce designed many of the distinguished homes in the area but he is accredited with re-designing downtown Rowayton, revitalizing South Norwalk, and is the architect for the new re-design of downtown Darien and Noroton. When working with the Beinfield Collective you not only have the advantage of years of experience and knowledge in the real estate market but in the ever-evolving neighborhoods and county.
